Most fitness classes feel like a competition. This one isn't.

In today’s hyper-online world, real human connection can almost feel like a luxury. That’s why community and genuine contact are as central to our classes as the fitness itself—it’s a space to unplug, share a laugh, and move together.

Our strength and conditioning sessions are designed to be a friendly, welcoming space where complete beginners and seasoned exercisers train side-by-side. We focus on the essential building blocks of great movement: stability, power, mobility, pure strength, and plyometrics.

While designed with running in mind, you don't have to be a runner to benefit. Strong bones, healthy connective tissue, joint stability, and functional power help all of us protect our quality of life as we age.

If you've been looking for a supportive, non-judgmental environment to get stronger, we’d love to have you.

Stability & Mobility:

Mobility is your ability to actively move a joint through its full, healthy range of motion, while stability is your control over that movement under load. True joint health requires both: mobility provides the freedom to move, and stability acts as the brakes to protect your spine and limbs. Together, they prevent compensations, optimize movement efficiency, and ensure your body absorbs impact safely—whether you're pounding the pavement or lifting heavy.

Strength & Power:

By training your nervous system to recruit more muscle fibers, heavy and explosive movements build a stronger engine while surrounding your joints with resilient, shock-absorbing muscle that protects them from high-impact forces. This translates to a more powerful stride, better running form, and muscles that resist fatigue on longer efforts. Crucially, muscle mass and power naturally decline as we age—without targeted intervention, we lose them quickly, risking our mobility. Building this foundation now is essential to maintaining your physical independence.

Plyometrics:

These exercises train your tendons to act like stiff springs that store and release energy with every foot strike, shortening ground contact time for an effortless, bouncy propulsion. This controlled impact also builds tendon resilience and stimulates bone density, helping to prevent the tendon and bone stress injuries so common in runners. Because both bone density and tendon health decline with age—a process that accelerates significantly for women—plyometric training is a vital tool for long-term structural health.
